1. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب

الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور (نحفظها مشفّرة بطريقة لا يمكن عكسها)، نوع الحساب (طالب أو ولي أمر)، تاريخ الميلاد أو الفئة العمرية، الصف الدراسي، المواد التي تهمك، اللغة، المنطقة الزمنية، وصورة الملف الشخصي إذا اخترت إضافتها.

تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple أو NGen

نستلم من الجهة التي تختارها اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم حسابك لديها، ومن NGen أيضاً المجموعة الدراسية التي أنت فيها.

المحادثات مع ملهم

الرسائل التي تكتبها وردود ملهم عليها. الرسائل الصوتية تُحوَّل إلى نص لكي يفهمها ملهم ويرد عليها، ولا نحتفظ بالتسجيل الصوتي.

الدراسة والتقدّم

التقويم والمهام والتذكيرات، والنقاط (XP)، وسلاسل الأيام، والإنجازات، وترتيبك في لوحة الصدارة، وعدد الرسائل اليومي.

الإشعارات والجهاز

رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك ونوع نظامه، وإعدادات الإشعارات وساعات الهدوء التي تختارها.

الاشتراكات

الدفع يتم عبر Google Play أو App Store. نستلم منهم تأكيد الشراء ونوع الاشتراك وحالته وتاريخ تجديده فقط، ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك أبداً.

عدد الخطوات

يحسب التطبيق خطواتك اليومية على جهازك فقط لعرضها لك، ولا يرسلها إلينا.

بيانات تقنية

عنوان IP وإصدار التطبيق وسجلات الأخطاء التي تصل إلى خوادمنا، لكي نحمي الخدمة ونصلح المشاكل.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• لتشغيل حسابك ومساعد الدراسة، ولتنظيم خطتك الدراسية وتذكيرك بها.
• لحساب نقاطك وإنجازاتك وترتيبك.
• لإرسال رموز التحقق ورسائل الحساب، والإشعارات التي فعّلتها.
• لعرض تقدّم الطالب لولي الأمر المرتبط به (انظر القسم 4).
• لحماية الأطفال: نفحص رسائل الطلاب آلياً بحثاً عن كلمات تدل على خطر (مثل إيذاء النفس أو التنمّر). إذا ظهرت إشارة، يراجعها عدد قليل من أعضاء فريقنا المدرّبين، وكل اطلاع يُسجَّل.
• لحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام، وللرد على طلبات الدعم، ولتحسين جودة التطبيق.

3. مع من نشارك البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. نشارك فقط ما يلزم مع جهات تعمل لصالحنا وبموجب اتفاقيات تحمي بياناتك:

• مزوّدو الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل Groq): يستلمون رسالتك وما يلزم من سياق الدراسة لكتابة رد ملهم.
• تحويل الصوت إلى نص (مثل OpenAI): للرسائل الصوتية فقط.
• الاستضافة: الخوادم وقواعد البيانات التي يعمل عليها ملهم.
• البريد الإلكتروني (Brevo): لإرسال رموز التحقق ورسائل الحساب.
• الإشعارات (Google Firebase وApple): لإيصال الإشعارات إلى جهازك.
• متاجر التطبيقات (Google Play وApple): لإتمام الاشتراكات والتحقق منها.
• منصة NGen Academy: إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب NGen.
• الجهات الرسمية: فقط عندما يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.

قد تعالج بعض هذه الجهات البيانات خارج بلدك، ونختار جهات تطبّق حماية مناسبة للبيانات.

4. ما يراه الآخرون

• لوحة الصدارة: يرى الطلاب الآخرون اسمك الظاهر وصورتك ونقاطك وسلسلة أيامك.
• ولي الأمر: إذا قبل الطالب دعوة ولي أمر، يرى ولي الأمر تقدّمه ونشاطه، ومحادثاته مع ملهم ما لم يُوقف الطالب هذا الخيار من الإعدادات. يمكن لأي من الطرفين إلغاء الربط في أي وقت.

5. خصوصية الأطفال

صُمّم ملهم للطلاب من عمر 6 إلى 18 سنة. نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع البيانات، ونتيح لأولياء الأمور متابعة أبنائهم وطلب حذف بياناتهم. إذا كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن ابنك شاركنا بيانات دون موافقتك، راسلنا وسنحذفها.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك موجوداً.
• عند طلب الحذف نحذفها من جميع أنظمتنا خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى. التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب.
• سجلات الأخطاء التقنية تُحذف تلقائياً خلال 90 يوماً.

7. كيف نحمي بياناتك

• كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة (HTTPS).
• كلمات المرور محفوظة مشفّرة ولا يمكن لأحد قراءتها.
• حسابات فريقنا تحتاج كلمة مرور ورمزاً يصل إلى البريد في كل دخول، وكل إجراء يُسجَّل.
• محادثات الأطفال مغلقة، ولا يفتحها إلا مراجع السلامة لسبب مكتوب ولمدة محدودة.

8. حقوقك

• تعديل بياناتك من إعدادات التطبيق.
• طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها.
• حذف حسابك وبياناتك: حذف الحساب.
• إيقاف الإشعارات أو تغيير ساعات الهدوء في أي وقت.

لأي طلب، راسلنا وسنرد خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطور التطبيق. سنُعلمك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير مهم، وتاريخ آخر تحديث مكتوب أسفل الصفحة.

1. What we collect

Account details

Your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), account type (student or parent), date of birth or age group, grade, subjects you are interested in, language, time zone, and a profile picture if you choose to add one.

Signing in with Google, Apple or NGen

We receive your name, email address and account ID from the provider you choose, and from NGen also your study group.

Conversations with Molhem

The messages you write and Molhem's replies. Voice messages are turned into text so Molhem can answer them; we do not keep the audio recording.

Study and progress

Your calendar, tasks and reminders, XP, streaks, achievements, leaderboard position and daily message count.

Notifications and device

Your device's notification token and platform, and the notification settings and quiet hours you choose.

Subscriptions

Payments go through Google Play or the App Store. We receive only the purchase confirmation, the plan, its status and renewal date. We never see your card details.

Step count

The app counts your daily steps on your device only, to show them to you. It does not send them to us.

Technical data

IP address, app version and error logs that reach our servers, so we can protect the service and fix problems.

2. How we use your data

• To run your account and the study coach, and to plan your studies and remind you.
• To count your XP, achievements and rank.
• To send verification codes, account emails, and the notifications you turned on.
• To show a student's progress to a connected parent (see section 4).
• To keep children safe: students' messages are checked automatically for words that may signal risk (such as self-harm or bullying). When something is flagged, a small number of trained team members review it, and every look is logged.
• To protect the service from misuse, answer support requests, and improve the app.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share only what is needed with companies that work for us, under agreements that protect your data:

• AI providers (such as Groq): they receive your message and the study context needed to write Molhem's reply.
• Speech-to-text (such as OpenAI): for voice messages only.
• Hosting: the servers and databases Molhem runs on.
• Email delivery (Brevo): to send verification codes and account emails.
• Push notifications (Google Firebase and Apple): to deliver notifications to your device.
• App stores (Google Play and Apple): to complete and verify subscriptions.
• NGen Academy platform: if you sign in with an NGen account.
• Authorities: only when the law requires it.

Some of these companies may process data outside your country. We choose companies that apply appropriate data protection.

4. What others can see

• Leaderboard: other students see your display name, picture, XP and streak.
• Parents: when a student accepts a parent's invitation, the parent sees the student's progress and activity, and their conversations with Molhem unless the student turns this off in settings. Either side can end the connection at any time.

5. Children's privacy

Molhem is designed for students aged 6 to 18. We collect as little as possible, show no ads, never sell data, and let parents follow their children and ask for their data to be deleted. If you are a parent and believe your child shared data with us without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.

6. How long we keep data

• We keep your data while your account exists.
• When you ask for deletion, we remove it from all our systems within 30 days at most. Details on the account deletion page.
• Technical error logs are deleted automatically within 90 days.

7. How we protect your data

• All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Passwords are stored hashed, so nobody can read them.
• Our team's accounts need a password and an emailed code at every sign-in, and every action is logged.
• Children's conversations are closed; only a safety reviewer can open one, with a written reason and for a limited time.

8. Your rights

• Change your details in the app's settings.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected.
• Delete your account and data: Delete account.
• Turn notifications off or change quiet hours at any time.

For any request, email us and we will reply within 30 days at most.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. We will tell you in the app about any important change, and the date of the last update is at the bottom of this page.
