حذف حساب Molhem (ملهم)
هذه الصفحة خاصة بتطبيق Molhem – ملهم على Google Play، من المطوّر Future_Developer_Ai (انجن أكاديمي – NGen Academy). توضح الصفحة كيف تطلب حذف حسابك في ملهم وكل البيانات المرتبطة به، وما الذي يُحذف وما الذي نحتفظ به ولماذا.
كيف تطلب حذف حسابك
بالبريد الإلكتروني (دون الحاجة إلى التطبيق)
- أرسل رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني نفسه المسجّل في حسابك إلى:
- اجعل عنوان الرسالة: Molhem account deletion
- اذكر نوع حسابك: طالب أو ولي أمر.
سنرد خلال 7 أيام لتأكيد استلام الطلب، وقد نطلب تأكيداً إضافياً للتحقق من أنك صاحب الحساب.
إذا كنت ولي أمر وتريد حذف حساب ابنك
- من التطبيق: افتح صفحة الابن من حسابك، ثم اضغط طلب حذف البيانات.
- أو بالبريد: أرسل من بريد حسابك كولي أمر إلى العنوان أعلاه، واذكر البريد الإلكتروني لحساب الابن.
ما الذي يُحذف
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور، صورة الملف الشخصي، تاريخ الميلاد، الصف الدراسي والاهتمامات.
- محادثاتك مع ملهم وخطط الدراسة التي أنشأها.
- التقويم والمهام والتذكيرات.
- النقاط (XP) وسلاسل الأيام والإنجازات وترتيبك في لوحة الصدارة.
- سجل الاستخدام اليومي، والإشعارات، ورموز الأجهزة، والإعدادات.
- ربط تسجيل الدخول عبر Google وApple وNGen.
- الربط بين حساب ولي الأمر وحساب الابن.
- سجلات الاشتراك المحفوظة لدينا.
ما الذي نحتفظ به ولماذا
- سجل مجهول الهوية لا يحتوي على أي بيانات شخصية (رقم داخلي، نوع الحساب، تاريخ الإنشاء)، لكي تبقى سجلات النظام سليمة.
- سجل طلب الحذف (تاريخه وحالته)، لإثبات أننا نفّذنا الطلب.
- سجلات الأخطاء التقنية، وتُحذف تلقائياً خلال 90 يوماً.
- أي بيانات يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها، وللمدة التي يحددها القانون فقط.
متى يتم الحذف
بعد التأكد من أنك صاحب الحساب نُغلق الحساب، ويكتمل حذف البيانات من جميع أنظمتنا خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى من تأكيد الطلب.
الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
قبل أن تحذف حسابك
- الاشتراك لا يُلغى تلقائياً. إذا كان لديك اشتراك في ملهم، ألغِه أولاً من اشتراكات Google Play، أو من إعدادات Apple ID على iPhone. سجلات الدفع تحتفظ بها Google أو Apple وفق سياساتهما.
- حذف حساب ملهم لا يحذف حسابك على منصة انجن أكاديمي (NGen Academy) إن كان لديك حساب هناك. لحذفه، راسلنا على العنوان نفسه واذكر ذلك في رسالتك.
- بعد الحذف يمكنك إنشاء حساب جديد بالبريد نفسه، لكن بياناتك القديمة لن تعود.
Delete your Molhem account
This page is for the Molhem app on Google Play, by the developer Future_Developer_Ai (NGen Academy). It explains how to request deletion of your Molhem account and all data linked to it, what we delete, what we keep, and why.
How to request deletion
By email (no app needed)
- Email us from the same email address your account uses:
- Use the subject: Molhem account deletion
- Tell us whether it is a student or a parent account.
We reply within 7 days to confirm we received your request. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account.
Parents deleting a child's account
- In the app: open your child's page from your account and tap Request data deletion.
- Or by email: write from your parent account's email to the address above and include your child's account email.
What we delete
- Account details: name, email address, password, profile picture, date of birth, grade and interests.
- Your conversations with Molhem and the study plans it made.
- Calendar, tasks and reminders.
- XP, streaks, achievements and your leaderboard position.
- Daily usage records, notifications, device tokens and settings.
- Google, Apple and NGen sign-in links.
- Links between parent and child accounts.
- Subscription records we hold.
What we keep, and why
- An anonymous record with no personal data (an internal ID, account type, creation date), so our system records stay consistent.
- The deletion request record (its date and status), to show we carried it out.
- Technical error logs, deleted automatically within 90 days.
- Anything the law requires us to keep, only for as long as the law requires.
When it happens
Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we close it, and all your data is removed from our systems within 30 days at most after the request is confirmed.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you delete
- Your subscription is not cancelled automatically. If you subscribe to Molhem, cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions or in your Apple ID settings on iPhone. Google and Apple keep payment records under their own policies.
- Deleting your Molhem account does not delete an NGen Academy platform account, if you have one. To delete that too, email us at the same address and say so.
- After deletion you can sign up again with the same email, but your old data will not come back.
