اكتب من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، واذكر نوع حسابك (طالب أو ولي أمر).
نسيت كلمة المرور
في شاشة الدخول اضغط هل نسيت كلمة المرور؟ واكتب بريدك. سيصلك رمز من 6 أرقام، اكتبه في التطبيق ثم اختر كلمة مرور جديدة.
لم يصلني الرمز
- انظر في مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها (Spam).
- انتظر دقيقة ثم اطلب رمزاً جديداً. آخر رمز فقط يعمل، وكل رمز صالح لمدة 10 دقائق.
- تأكد أنك كتبت البريد نفسه المسجّل في حسابك.
ربط حساب ولي الأمر بحساب الطالب
من حساب ولي الأمر اختر ربط حساب جديد واكتب البريد الإلكتروني لحساب الطالب. يصل الطلب إلى الطالب، وعندما يقبله يظهر تقدّمه عند ولي الأمر. يستطيع أي منهما إلغاء الربط في أي وقت.
الاشتراك
الاشتراك يُدار من المتجر الذي اشتريت منه: اشتراكات Google Play، أو إعدادات Apple ID على iPhone. من هناك تستطيع إلغاءه أو طلب استرداد المبلغ حسب شروط المتجر.
الإبلاغ عن رد غير مناسب
اضغط زر إبلاغ على الرد في المحادثة، وسيراجعه فريق السلامة. إذا كان أحد في خطر الآن، اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ في بلدك.
حذف الحساب والبيانات

Write from the email address your account uses, and say whether it is a student or a parent account.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot your password? and enter your email. You get a 6-digit code: type it in the app, then choose a new password.
I did not get the code
- Look in your spam or junk folder.
- Wait a minute, then ask for a new code. Only the newest code works, and each one works for 10 minutes.
- Check that you typed the same email your account uses.
Connecting a parent and a student
In the parent account choose Link a new account and enter the student account's email. The student gets the request, and once they accept, the parent sees their progress. Either of them can end the connection at any time.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed in the store you bought from: Google Play subscriptions, or your Apple ID settings on iPhone. Cancel or ask for a refund there, under the store's terms.
Reporting an unsuitable reply
Tap Report on the reply in the chat, and the safety team reviews it. If someone is in danger right now, call your local emergency services.
